A full strip down rebuild of your bike. All parts removed and cleaned, all bearings removed and re-greased. Headset, Bottom Bracket, and Hubs serviced. Gears adjusted and aligned. New cables, pads fitted as required. Will come back better than new! (parts extra)
A comprehensive check over of your bike including, gear and brake adjustment and alignment, wheels trued, headset, Bottom Bracket and hubs checked and adjusted, and drivechain lubricated. New parts fitted at extra cost.
Full custom bike build from parts. Includes any preparation if required for resprayed frames such as facing, thread chasing and fork steerer cut.
Full build of any boxed bike bought online.
Service, adjustment and alignment of front and rear derailleurs mechanical or electronic. New cables fitted if required.

Milling and facing of a fork crown. Includes fitting of lower headset race.
Reaming and facing of the headtube to allow precise fitting of headset cups.
Tapping and chasing of threads in a newly painted frame or a frame with a damaged or rusted Bottom Bracket.
Tapping and cleaning of any damaged or painted threads on a bike. For bottle cage bosses, derailleur hangers, seatbolts and more. All thread types and sizes possible.
Facing and milling of frame to allow precise fitting of new Bottom Bracket
Reaming of freshly painted or damaged, rusted seatpost to take it back to correct diameter for seat post fitting.
For Alloy or Carbon frames where a bottle cage bolt has become loose or a stuck bolt. Includes removal/drilling out of old boss and bolt and fitting of a new rivnut.
For small areas of corrosion on your frame. Includes sanding and prepare frame, masking of surrounding areas and respray. Paint included, mainly for rust or corrosion issues on steel or aluminium frames. Full resprays are also available, contact for details.
For any seized bolts on your bike. Normally bottle cage or mudguard bolts but also hydraulic caliper pins or anything else you cant get out! Includes drilling out, re-tapping of threads and new bolt.

Removal of stuck seat pin or handlebar extension. From £45
Cutting down of a fork steerer on an existing bike or fitting a new fork. Includes fitting of star fangled nut or carbon steerer expanding bung. Threading of a steel fork available at extra cost.
Lowers removed and cleaned, oil replaced, forks tested. Strip, clean and relube of air/spring assembly. Seals checked and replaced if required. (Seal kit extra)
Removal and inspection of damper unit. Oil replacement, new seals if required. Lock out adjustment and set up.
Removal and refit of a pair of rear shock pivot bushes. (parts extra)
Full bleed and speed adjustment set up of a Rockshox Reverb Dropper post.
Fitting of cable or hydraulic dropper post, internal or external type.
Removal and clean of all drivechain components, Front & rear mechs, chain, cassette, and chainset.
Ultrasonic cleaning of chains, cassettes, mechs, components as required. Includes removal and refit of parts.
Di2 Firmware update for all components, battery consumption check, Shimano service report.
Rebuild of your Di2 battery with two replacment 650mAh cells with higher mAh. (Incudes batteries) firmware update and capacity test. Available for BT-DN110 and BT-DN110-A
Dynamo lighting set up, includes custom wiring and fitting of front and rear lights. Optional extras include USB Charging installation and custom bracket fabrication.

I stumbled across this place during a frantic Google search after my chain snapped while on my way back from work. After calling ahead, they stayed open past their usual closing time to allow me to trudge my way up to them. My chain was fixed and back on my bike within 10 minutes, absolute legend!
